Dinajpur Holyland School & College Hosts Annual Picnic & Tour

Dinajpur Holyland School & College organized its annual picnic and educational tour with the aim of fostering creativity and broadening students’ perspectives.
The event, held at Vinno Jogot in Rangpur, was designed to combine entertainment with learning.
The day began with enthusiastic students gathering on the college premises, eager for a day of fun and exploration. During the bus journey to Vinno Jogot, teachers engaged students in discussions about the tour’s objectives, emphasizing the importance of experiential learning.
Upon arrival, the students were captivated by the scenic beauty and unique attractions of Vinno Jogot, including portraits of historical figures and natural landscapes. Various activities, including sports competitions, dance, and musical performances, kept students engaged throughout the day. The event concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, where winners of different competitions were recognized.
Speaking at the event, school authorities highlighted their commitment to holistic education. “True education requires an open and liberated mind. Our goal is to break mental barriers and instill joy in our students while fostering fresh perspectives,” they stated.
Among the notable attendees were the institution’s Director Md. Afzal Hossain, Residential Director Abdul Aziz, Principal Rezaul Karim, School Advisor Saiful Islam, and Assistant Vice Principal Md. Nur Alam.
