Assistant Teacher Recruitment Results Announced
The Directorate of Primary Education has officially released the results of the recruitment process for 14,384 Assistant Teacher positions in government primary schools across Bangladesh.
The announcement was made through a press statement issued on Sunday. According to the Directorate, the selection process was completed based on written examinations and viva voce tests conducted in 61 districts, excluding the three hill districts. The recruitment followed a circular published on November 5, 2025.
Authorities confirmed that the candidates have been provisionally selected, meaning their appointments will be finalized after meeting all required terms and conditions set by the government.
The Directorate of Primary Education stated that the results will soon be forwarded to the respective District Primary Education Offices. District-wise roll number lists of the selected candidates will be displayed on notice boards at the concerned offices for public viewing.
Additionally, candidates can check the district-wise roll numbers of provisionally selected applicants on the official websites of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education (https://mopme.gov.bd) and the Directorate of Primary Education (https://dpe.gov.bd).
Officials emphasized that this recruitment drive aims to strengthen the quality of primary education by addressing teacher shortages in government schools nationwide.
