US Officials Pursue Truce Talks with Ukraine Amid Aid Suspension

President Zelensky, after meeting Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, will return to Ukraine, skipping further negotiations. His military leaders dismissed reports of Russian forces encircling Ukrainian troops near Kursk amid ongoing battles.
