The Pakistan Army has rescued 300 hostages from a train hijacked by militants from the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA).
The train, carrying 440 passengers, was attacked in Balochistan. While many hostages have been freed, some militants reportedly fled with a number of passengers into the surrounding mountains.
The military is continuing its search for the missing individuals. The BLA, which seeks greater autonomy or independence for Balochistan, is classified as a terrorist organization by Pakistan and several Western countries.
