Three Critically Injured After Plane Overturns at Toronto Airport

A child and two adults sustained critical injuries when a plane crashed and flipped over while attempting to land at Toronto Pearson Airport, emergency responders confirmed.
Social media images showed the aircraft upside down on the snow-covered tarmac, with one of its wings apparently missing. The plane was identified as a Delta Air Lines flight traveling from Minneapolis. Toronto Pearson Airport confirmed that all passengers and crew were safely accounted for.
The flight had 80 people on board, including 76 passengers and four crew members, according to Delta. A total of 18 individuals were transported to local hospitals for medical care, with the injured passengers including a child, a man in his 60s, and a woman in her 40s.
Emergency services from Ontario, including three air ambulance helicopters and two ground ambulances, were dispatched to the scene.
