Priyanka Chopra Jonas Showcases Bulgari Serpenti Illusio Necklace at the 2026 Oscars
Priyanka Chopra Jonas turned heads at the 98th Annual Oscars on March 15, 2026, wearing the stunning Bulgari Serpenti Illusio necklace, part of the Italian luxury brand’s new high jewelry collection, Eclectica.
She paired the statement piece with a white strapless Dior gown, perfectly blending classic Hollywood elegance with modern design.
Inspired by Sculpture and Architectural Art
The Eclectica collection draws inspiration from painting, sculpture, and architecture, with the Serpenti Illusio necklace focusing on sculptural motifs. Central to the design is a 14.01-carat antique cushion-cut sapphire sourced from Madagascar. The piece also features triangular pavé diamonds, emerald accents, and onyx, all meticulously handcrafted over 1,300 hours.
Chopra Jonas highlighted the personal significance of the piece, noting, “Many of the gemstones for Bulgari come from India, so it really resonates with me. The Roman craftsmanship combined with these beautiful Indian gemstones is incredible.”
A Hidden Serpent and Geometric Harmony
The Serpenti Illusio necklace is named for a hidden serpent motif within its design, visible only upon close inspection.
Chopra Jonas explained, “It has a serpentine combination of emerald and black that complements my dress, which also has subtle black details. The geometric shapes of the necklace align perfectly with the silhouette of my gown, creating a seamless harmony between Bulgari and Dior.”
A Special Oscars Evening
Chopra Jonas also marked a personal milestone by attending the Oscars with her husband, Nick Jonas, for the first time. On stage, she co-presented the Best International Feature award alongside Javier Bardem, which was awarded to Norway’s Sentimental Value.
Reflecting on the night, she shared, “I’ve attended the Oscars before, but never with my husband. This makes the evening even more memorable.”
