
The Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) exams will begin on June 26, 2025.
According to the schedule, the theoretical exams will start on June 26 and end on August 10, while the practical exams will commence on August 11 and conclude on August 21.
Special instructions for candidates:
Candidates must report to the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the exam begins. The exam will start with a multiple-choice question (MCQ) section followed by a creative/written (theoretical) section. The MCQ section will carry 30 marks, and candidates will have 30 minutes to complete it. The creative section, worth 70 marks, will be allocated 2 hours and 30 minutes.
For exams with practical subjects, the MCQ section will carry 25 marks, and candidates will have 25 minutes for this part. The creative section will be worth 50 marks, with 2 hours and 35 minutes allocated for completion.
For exams starting at 10:00 AM, the OMR sheet and unmarked answer sheet will be distributed at 9:30 AM, and the multiple-choice question paper will be given at 10:00 AM.
