
The Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism has announced that Hajj flights for this year will begin on April 29 and continue until May 31, according to a press release issued by the ministry on Tuesday (February 18).
In the afternoon, during a meeting on "Efficient Hajj Management" held at the Tourism Bhaban in Agargaon, it was disclosed that 87,100 Bangladeshi pilgrims will travel to Saudi Arabia for Hajj this year. Of these, 43,550 will be flown by Biman Bangladesh Airlines, while the remaining 43,550 will be transported by Saudia Airlines and Flynas Airlines.
This year, the airfare has been set at Tk167,820.
