National Citizens’ Party Sets Out with 171-Member Convening Committee

The newly formed National Citizens' Party (NCP) has has officially launched, formed by young leaders who spearheaded the recent mass uprising.
The party’s convening committee, comprising 171 members, was announced at a public event at Manik Mia Avenue in Dhaka on Friday.
During the event, Mim Akhter, sister of Ismail Hossain Rabbi, a martyr of the July uprising, declared the names of the party’s key leaders.
